About: In 2011, Garnier Fructis sponsored four of the country’s largest outdoor music and art festivals where they hosted the Garner Fructis Salon. Concert goers were treated to complimentary hair styling by a professional stylist and then in an effort to promote Garnier Fructis’ sponsorship of the Rolling Stone “Do You Wanna Be a Rock & Roll Star” contest consumers were encouraged to pose for their mock cover of Rolling Stone and have the opportunity to upload their photo straight to their Facebook Wall and News Feed or chose to email their photo.
